Position: Sea Urchin Processing Worker
Type: Casual rate (25-38 hours per week)
Location: Melbourne, Collingwood
Schedule: Must be available on Monday to Friday (8am-5pm depends on daily catch volume)
⭐️Responsibilities:
Cleaning and packaging sea urchins
Ensuring quality control standards are met
Adhering to proper handling and hygiene protocols
Assisting with general tasks related to sea urchin processing
⭐️Requirements:
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Physical fitness and ability to lift and carry packages
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
Previous experience in seafood processing or a related field is preferred but not required as on-the-job training will be provided.
