We are a growing online business looking to hire a dedicated customer service person to help assist customers with online enquires. This is done by email, chat, Facebook messages and commenting moderation.
Qualification :
- Excellent English writing, reading and comprehension a must.
- customer service experience preferred but not essential
- must be able to work full time
- must have experience with dogs / cats
- must have excellent attention to detail
- needs to be a self starter
- problem solving skills is a must
- people skills are a must
