📌 All the common areas are cleaned free of charge every 2 weeks or when possible. The kitchen and bathroom are restocked with all the necessities, except toilet paper .
house in a great location close to Southbank, universities, the city, public transport, and Coles.
There is also a backyard and BBQ area.
There is only one bathroom in the house.
The bathroom and toilet are in the same room. Housemates are 1 Aussie guy and 3 Thai students (1 guy and 2 girls). They are studying and working.
No pet!!!
